Common questions

How many credits do images and videos use?
An image uses 6 to 10 credits, depending on its size. A video clip starts at 40 credits and scales with length. A blog guide uses 3, and collection copy uses 1. Credits cost $0.04 each and never expire.
What photos work as a starting point?
Phone shots, mannequin shots, flat lays, and supplier images all work. Atlios can also start from the photos already on your Shopify products. Sharp, well-lit shots give the best results.
Do videos publish to Shopify?
Yes. A clip you keep goes into the product's media gallery in Shopify, next to its photos.
Can I reject or regenerate a result?
Yes. Compare each result with the original. Then keep it, reject it, or regenerate it.
Does Atlios write alt text for new images?
Yes. Each generated image comes with alt text and a clean filename. Atlios also rewrites weak alt text on the photos you already have.
Where do blog guides and collection copy go?
Guides publish to your store's blog in Shopify. Collection copy goes into that collection's description and search fields.
