Common questions

How many credits do images and videos use?
An image uses 6 to 10 credits, depending on its size. A video clip costs 40 to 70 credits, by length, and a refine costs 55 to 110. A blog guide uses 3, and collection copy uses 1. Prepaid credits cost $0.04 each and never expire.
What photos work as a starting point?
Phone shots, mannequin shots, flat lays, and supplier images all work. Atlios can also start from the photos already on your Shopify products. Sharp, well-lit shots give the best results.
Do videos publish to Shopify?
Yes. A clip you keep goes into the product's media gallery in Shopify, next to its photos.
Can I make videos for Instagram or TikTok?
Yes. Every video style comes wide (16:9) or tall (9:16). Tall clips fit Reels, Stories, and TikTok.
Can it write in my brand voice?
Yes. Describe your voice once in settings and add up to three example descriptions. Atlios copies that style in every draft.
Can I reject or regenerate a result?
Yes. Compare each result with the original. Then keep it, reject it, or regenerate it.
Does Atlios write alt text for new images?
Yes. Each generated image comes with alt text and a clean filename. Atlios also rewrites weak alt text on the photos you already have.
Where do blog guides and collection copy go?
