Twelve thousand warnings usually come down to a few hundred problems.

Fix ranks every problem by what it costs. Then Atlios fixes them in bulk and confirms each fix landed.

Every product rechecked the moment it changes.

Findings arrive ranked by estimated revenue at risk, with evidence. The Quality score tracks how far you've come.

Each issue lands with evidence and a plain reason. Filter by severity, check, or store.

    Resolved

Not done until Atlios confirms it. Resolved means Atlios re-read Shopify, or Google cleared it on its next sync.

A problem closes only when Atlios confirms the fix landed.

Track each one from open to resolved. If it comes back, it jumps the queue.

  1. 01

    One issue, counted once

The same problem seen twenty times is one entry, not twenty. Your counts show the real work left.

  2. 02

    Watch each problem move

Open, in progress, verifying, resolved. Filter, assign to a teammate, or mute what you live with.

  3. 03

    Confirmed before it closes

Atlios re-reads Shopify to check each fix. Google fixes clear on Google's next sync.

  4. 04

    Regressions jump the queue

If a fixed problem creeps back, it returns to the top of the list.

Change a limit, and Atlios re-grades every product on the spot.

Settings live on each store. No code, just switches and limits.

  1. 01

Tune the checks to your standard

Switch any check on or off, and adjust limits like minimum description length.

  2. 02

    Scope each check per store

Set a check on one store only. One brand's standards never touch another's.

  3. 03

    Runs with everything else

Your settings feed the same Quality score and Fix list as everything else. No separate tool.

  4. 04

Edit a check, re-grade the catalog

Adjust a check and Atlios re-grades every product against the new setting.

Common questions

How does Atlios rank problems?
By estimated revenue at risk, so the costly ones come first. The Quality score weights the same checks by severity. A thousand trivial warnings can't hide four expensive ones.
Does every problem get a fix?
Most do. Atlios drafts some with AI and fills others by logic. Some need a value only you know, like a SKU. Atlios flags the rest and links you to where you fix them.
How many products can one job cover?
Up to 5,000 in a single job. Filter by severity, one check, or one collection, or take the whole catalog.
What if I don't like a job's result?
Undo it. One click rolls back the whole job, not just one product. Activity shows who changed what, and when.
What does resolved mean?
Atlios re-read Shopify and saw the fix land. Google fixes wait in Verifying until Google's next sync clears them. If a fixed problem comes back, it returns to the top of the list.
Can new products get cleaned up as they arrive?
Yes, if you turn on auto-clean. It's off by default. It only runs logic fixes, like clearing a broken compare-at price, and never AI drafts.
Can I split the work or take it out of Atlios?
Yes. Assign problems to a teammate, or export any filtered view as a CSV. Mute what you live with, and it stops counting against your score. Restore it anytime.
Can I change what the checks look for?
Yes, per store, with no code. Turn any check on or off, and set limits like minimum description length. Atlios re-grades every product, so you see the score move right away.
