Keep Google happy.
Your feed breaks on Google's side, after it leaves Shopify. Atlios reads both systems and says what broke in plain language. Then it confirms the fix once Google accepts it.
What the team stops chasing.
Two systems, one queue. Nobody tabs between Shopify, Merchant Center and a spreadsheet to work out which is lying.
- Merchant Center issues in plain language
- Account-level and product-level rejections, each traced to the exact field to change. No hunting through Google's documentation.
- Confirmed when Google accepts it
- Atlios re-reads the feed after the fix and dates the confirmation. Nothing closes because a job reported success.
- Your standards, policed on every sync
- Teach it your tags, product types and vendors once. Anything off-shape gets flagged the next time that product changes.
- Blocking work separated from nice-to-have
- What's actually stopping a listing sits above what's merely thin, so the queue matches the order you'd work in anyway.
- Bulk fixes with an audit trail
- Approve hundreds at once. Every change keeps who approved it, when, and what it changed.
- Duplicate SKUs and barcodes
- Two products sharing a barcode is a rejection waiting to happen. Atlios finds them before Google does.
Your brand guidelines never made it into the catalog.
Set the words, tone, and minimum lengths once. New products are held to the same bar. Drift gets fixed before it costs a sale.

Questions, answered.
- We already see errors in Merchant Center. What does this add?
- Google tells you a product is disapproved. It doesn't tell you which field on which Shopify product caused it, or fix it. Atlios does both, then checks that Google accepted the correction.
- How fast does a fix show up as accepted?
- That's Google's clock, not ours, and it's usually a few days after the corrected feed is picked up. Atlios keeps the issue open until it can confirm the change landed.
- Can two people work the queue without colliding?
- Yes. Issues can be assigned and filtered by check, severity or store. Nobody drafts a fix a colleague already handled.
- Our tags and product types are a mess. Does that break it?
- It's the reason to use it. Approve the vocabulary you actually want once, exclude the rest, and Atlios flags anything that drifts from it after that.
- What happens when a supplier feed overwrites a fix?
- The issue reopens at the top of the inbox. This happens more than people expect, and it's why a one-off audit doesn't hold.
- Do we have to let it write to the store?
- No. Atlios is read-only until someone approves. Plenty of teams run it purely as the thing that finds the work, and publish nothing.
