- What's included in the free trial?
- Every paid plan starts with 14 days of full access, including bulk AI fixes and image workflows. Trial AI credits are capped (100 on Solo, 250 on Studio, 500 on Agency) so you can pressure-test the workflow without burning a full monthly allocation. No credit card required. If you don't continue, your store stays connected on the Free tier so scans keep running.
- How does overage billing work?
- Each paid plan ships with a hard monthly overage cap (Solo $50, Studio $150, Agency $400). Once you hit the cap, AI credits pause until the next cycle or until you top up. You'll never wake up to a surprise bill.
- Will beta pricing change after launch?
- Beta prices stay locked for stores that sign up during the open beta, even after general availability. New plans may launch at higher prices, but your tier won't be repriced under you.
- Can I change plans or cancel later?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing dashboard at any time. Prorated credits roll forward to the next month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Does Atlios write to my Shopify store automatically?
- No. Every proposed fix is staged in a diff editor. Atlios only calls Shopify's write APIs after you approve the specific items, so your storefront never changes without your explicit click-through.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free tier and every 14-day trial start without a card. We only ask for billing details if you choose to continue on a paid plan.
