- What's included in the free trial?
- Every paid plan starts with 14 days of full access, bulk AI fixes and image workflows included. Trial AI credits are capped (100 Starter, 250 Growth, 500 Scale and Volume), enough to try the AI fixes on real products. No card required. If you don't continue, your store stays on the Free tier and Atlios keeps checking your catalog.
- How does overage billing work?
- Each paid plan has a hard monthly overage cap (Starter $25, Growth $75, Scale $200, Volume $400). Hit the cap and AI credits pause until next cycle, or top up.
- What if I have more than one store?
- Every paid plan includes one store. Add more anytime at a flat monthly rate per store (+$19 on Starter and Growth, +$29 on Scale and Volume), with no store limit. Plans are priced by product count, so you pay for catalog size, not seats.
- Can I change plans or cancel later?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing dashboard. Prorated credits roll to next month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
- Does Atlios write to my Shopify store automatically?
- No. Each fix is staged as a before and after. Atlios writes to Shopify only after you approve the specific items. Nothing publishes until you approve.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free tier and every 14-day trial start without a card. We ask for billing details only if you continue on a paid plan.
