Common questions

How long are the clips?
Between 4 and 8 seconds. Detail sweep and Your own offer 4 seconds. The other styles run 6 or 8.
Can I make videos for Instagram or TikTok?
Yes. Every style comes wide (16:9) or tall (9:16). Tall clips fit Reels, Stories, and TikTok.
How many credits does a video use?
A new clip costs 40 to 70 credits, by length. A refine costs 55 to 110. Prepaid credits cost $0.04 each and never expire.
Can I change a clip that's almost right?
Yes. Ask for the change in plain words. If you don't like it, undo the refine and the earlier clip comes back at no cost.
Do videos go to Shopify?
Yes, once you approve and publish. The clip goes into the product's media gallery, next to its photos.
