A list of twelve thousand problems isn't a to-do list. It's a reason to quit.

One inbox for the whole catalog. Each problem counted once, moved open to resolved, and confirmed against your live store before anything is called done.

    Resolved

Not done until your live store says so. Resolved means Atlios re-read Shopify and confirmed.

One inbox for every catalog issue, open to resolved.

One inbox for the whole catalog, with each fix confirmed on your live store.

  1. 01

    One issue, counted once

The same problem seen twenty times is one entry, not twenty. Your counts show the real work left.

  2. 02

    Watch each issue move

Open, fixing, verifying, resolved. Filter, assign to a teammate, or mute what you live with.

  3. 03

    Verified on your live store

No fix closes on a hunch. Atlios re-reads Shopify and confirms it first.

  4. 04

    Regressions jump the queue

If a fixed problem creeps back, it returns to the top of the inbox.

Questions, answered.

Why does the count matter so much?
Because a dashboard reporting 12,000 problems is useless. The same missing field seen across two hundred products is one issue with two hundred instances, not two hundred issues. Your open count is the work left, not a scare number.
What does resolved actually mean?
That Atlios went back and re-read Shopify and confirmed the fix landed. Nothing closes because a job reported success. If the write didn't stick, the issue stays open.
What if a fixed problem comes back?
A regression goes straight back to the top of the inbox. This happens more than people expect, usually when a supplier feed overwrites a field you just corrected, and it's the reason a one-off audit doesn't hold.
Can I ignore things I don't care about?
Yes. Mute a finding and Atlios stops surfacing it and stops counting it against your score. Restore it whenever you want. Nothing is silently discarded.
Can I split the work across a team?
Issues can be assigned and filtered by check, severity, or store, so two people aren't drafting fixes for the same products.
